This is where we will do a deep dive on FUELS. You will learn which fuels are most beneficial and when and also conduct some of our tests to learn more about which fuels are most effective for you, given your situation. - MODULE THREE (WEEK 3): FUEL THUMBPRINT
Once you know your foundations and have a solid understanding of FUELS, it's time to start working on your 100% customized FUEL Plan. In week 3, we roll up the sleeves and take a look at which FUELS you will use, when and how. - BONUS #1: COACH REVIEW
A big part of our FUELS Course is teaching you how to become more dangerously-effective athlete...not us simply telling you what to do without knowing the 'why'. However, as a bonus, we will be doing 100% individualized review of your specific FUELS Plan after it is created to make sure it will work for you and we will make any necessary adjustments. This will give you the peace of mind that you are operating correctly. - BONUS #2: CALCULATORS -
We will give you access to all of our different internal calculators to help you properly calculate your pre/post workout nutrition with laser-like accuracy. We don't like to use the word 'easy' around here... but these calculators will make your life A LOT easier :) - BONUS #3: ONGOING SUPPORT
