Jerred Moon created EO3 after over a decade of experience training military personnel while on active duty as both a Unit Fitness Program Manager and Physical Training Leader.
From large groups to one-on-one, desk jockeys to special operators, he formed the methods still in use at EO3 today.
He ended his career in Air Force Special Operations Command in 2014 to take EO3 full-time.
