TRAINING

Welcome to End of Three Fitness Training. You won't find anything like it anywhere else, that we can guarantee. We've been BUILDING BETTER HUMANS since 2011, and here is the best we have to offer.

If you are pretty new to training or just getting back into shape, we recommend you start with our RED PILL BODYWEIGHT PROGRAM or BASIC TRAINING. Everyone else, should start below:

STEP 1: GET REALLY FREAKIN' STRONG

Strength makes fast athletes faster, it can help you lose weight or gain mass (yep, it can do both), it will strengthen your bones, manage certain bodily pains, help you jump higher and give you the ability to catch a leprechaun.

We are hell-bent on proving that one does not need machines, contraptions or complicated programs to get better. Rather, all that is really needed is a barbell, weights and a solid set of stands to achieve a high level of strength and conditioning.

STEP 2: BUILD YOUR STRENGTH & ENGINE

Once you have gotten STRONG (or maybe you already are), it’s time to continually increase that strength while we start to build your engine. Think Jason Bourne's kickassery of "I can run flat out for a half mile before my hands start shaking"...but BETTER!! Because you'll actually be STRONGER.

STEP 3: TURN PRO WITH OUR PREMIER PROGRAMS

You're STRONG AND FIT, time for the next step...The programs below take it to the NEXT LEVEL. Below are FULLY COMPREHENSIVE 12-Week Training programs that give you the tools and resources to lean out & lose fat, gain athletic muscle or quickly ACCELERATE overall strength and performance.
