After serving in both the Army and Navy and receiving his degree in Marine Technology, he began a career as a deep-sea diver medic technician where he provided routine and emergency medical care in remote locations around the globe. With his passion for diving and healthcare, he transitioned to working as a hyperbaric technologist in several leading hospitals in East Texas. His tenure in the hospitals sparked his desire to continue his education in the medical arena. Bill pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine degree at Cleveland University Chiropractic and Health Sciences in Los Angeles, CA, where he graduated with honors. While serving as a chiropractor in private practices and major medical groups for many years, Bill has coached recreational and tactical athletes to achieve peak sports performance. Bill also holds a Masters of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University – San Antonio. And as a true lifelong learner, he is currently working on his PhD in Health & Human Performance. Bill currently teaches strength and conditioning and coaches student athletes at Texas A&M University- San Antonio and continues to work with tactical athletes from the U.S. Military and local law enforcement agencies.
