Michael is first and foremost the father of two wonderful daughters. He has been in law enforcement since 2007 and is a veteran of the Army National Guard. He has a love for fitness that started as a teenager and has grown since. He became a CrossFit Level one coach in 2017 and has completed the Cooper Institute's Law Enforcement Fitness Specialist program. He is in charge of his department's fitness program and enjoys working with new recruits. He enjoys working with others to find their way to meeting their goals.
