Josh Franz

My name is Josh Franz, and my background is in military and combat sports strength and conditioning. I have been involved in military fitness training for three years through Army ROTC and the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M.  Additionally, I have experience with training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Additionally, I have experience running through track and cross country and have studied the POSE method of running and am a firm believer in high-intensity interval training to improve running performance.
